He was educated at the University of Alberta, is married to Karen and has two grown sons, Stuart and Christopher. Working with a highly competent staff Forrest has taken a very small company and built it into a multi-million dollar enterprise. |

Owen Ligard Director of Operations Phone: (780) 663-2038 Email: owen.ligard@brwmsc.com Biography Owen Ligard has been with the Commission since August 1991. He has partially completed his business certificate at Nait and has succesfully completed the Alberta Certificate to operate a Class ll A landfill. Owen is also a Certified Landfill Manager under the Solid Waste Association of North America. Owen has enjoyed his years of service from litter picking to directing operations and he looks forward to many more fun and interesting years to come. Life is never boring when your a garbage man. |

Crystal Yeske Supply Manager Phone: (780) 663-2038 Email: crystal.yeske@brwmsc.com Biography Crystal Yeske started with the Commission back in 1998 as a transfer station attendant and was promoted into the office in 2001as a adminstrative assistant. She resides north of Ryley on a farm with her husband Lance and two girls. |

She started working for the Commission in February 2003 on a part time basis; in July 2003 she began working full time. She has lived in Ryley since 1978 and has one son, Jonathan. |

She came to us from the Village of Ryley office where she was the Recreation Coordinator for two years. She had worked in a medical clinic for twenty years before that. Consequently, she brings years of experience in dealing with the public as well her medical experience to the Safety program |

After attending college he began working full time in 2008. He has obtained his class 1 license and his main duty is operating the multilift truck. |
